Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop Territory Managers through frequent in-field work, feedback, role-plays, and hands-on sales training.
  • Drive regional revenue performance by supporting new sales and account expansion and ensuring input and output targets are met.
  • Maintain strong Salesforce hygiene and forecasting by reviewing pipelines weekly and ensuring accurate data.
  • Support critical deals by providing structure, escalation handling, and deal coaching.
  • Serve as the regional voice by surfacing customer insights, product feedback, and operational issues to cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Localize national strategy into regional execution plans and run regular team rhythms such as 1:1s and check-ins.
  • Align closely with U.S. commercial leadership on performance, priorities, and execution.
  • Recruit and develop high-performing talent as the Territory Manager team scales.
  • Spend substantial time in the field and on the road to stay close to customer conversations and team execution.

Requirements

  • Experience leading and developing field sales representatives, ideally in high-growth or high-velocity environments.
  • Track record of coaching reps to consistently improve performance.
  • Willingness to spend about 60% of time traveling in the field.
  • Proficiency with modern sales methodologies such as consultative or challenger sales, role-plays, and discovery techniques.
  • Strong CRM discipline, including Salesforce hygiene, pipeline management, input metrics, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Experience working in a hardware plus software sales environment is highly relevant.
  • Leadership style built on clarity, accountability, empathy, and high support.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-growing, and evolving environments.
  • Comfort building systems, processes, and habits in a rapidly scaling business.

  • $185,000 - $300,000 OTE, with a base salary range of $105,000 - $175,000.
