Description

  • Own revenue generation by turning qualified leads into opportunities and closing new business.
  • Manage a territory pipeline, including inbound, partner, outbound, and referral leads.
  • Sell in person to independent restaurants and conduct web demos for prospects.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan for outbound prospecting.
  • Build and nurture a book of business and referral network.
  • Collaborate with peers and managers to strengthen sales execution and share best practices.
  • Use SFDC reports and dashboards to track pipeline health, KPIs, and quota progress.
  • Work with the manager to audit the sales pipeline and improve conversion rates.
  • Contribute to the team’s sales strategy, tools, and content over time.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with a track record of consistent over-achievement in sales.
  • Experience in full-cycle outside sales, including qualifying through close.
  • Ability to work 45% travel within the market and maintain reliable transportation.
  • Strong curiosity about people, local restaurants, and food trends.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships and develop a book of business through referrals.
  • Knowledge of competitors and current market trends.
  • Coachable mindset with willingness to master the craft and adapt to feedback.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced sales culture with frequent change.
  • Fast learner when it comes to process and technology.
  • Preferred: experience using SFDC and sales dashboards to manage pipeline and KPIs.
