Description

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for corporate farming accounts, from prospecting through to close.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, board members, influencers, and senior leaders.
  • Identify opportunities within existing and potential accounts and progress a strong pipeline of business.
  • Develop and execute account strategies, including stakeholder engagement plans, meeting cadence, and value messaging.
  • Negotiate complex, multi-million dollar commercial agreements with corporate clients.
  • Drive expansion opportunities and accelerate rollout of Halter technology within existing accounts.
  • Work closely with product, customer success, support, and other account managers to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Support monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting.
  • Lead prospecting and networking activities, including events, cold outreach, and nurture campaigns.
  • Continuously improve account management approaches to make growth more efficient and predictable as the business scales.

Requirements

  • Experience working with enterprise customers and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Strong ability to create urgency and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Demonstrated success in a hunter-style sales role.
  • Strong network of relevant contacts, likely already established.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Deep passion for helping farmers succeed.
  • Experience in farm systems or the agricultural sector is a strong bonus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Phenomenal attitude, team-player mindset, and resilience in the face of challenges.
  • Hunger for success and personal growth in a high-performing sales team.
