Description

  • Identify, prospect, and engage beauty and wellness businesses across the region.
  • Drive new business growth and expand Fresha’s presence in Southern Europe.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Contact decision-makers through phone, email, social outreach, and in-person meetings when appropriate.
  • Present, promote, and sell Fresha products and services through product demos.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align Fresha’s solutions with partner objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Provide feedback on industry trends and market developments.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners on commercial matters.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a hunter mentality.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Naturally curious with a desire to continuously learn and develop.
  • Fluency in Spanish and another language, preferably Basque, is an added bonus.
  • Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is an added bonus.
  • Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Ability to contact and follow up on 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner.
  • Willingness to document call outcomes in the CRM.
