Description

  • Source, screen, and manage candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, freelancer platforms, and referrals.
  • Run test projects, review submissions, conduct first-round group interviews, and manage the candidate experience end to end.
  • Optimize sourcing channels and maintain always-hiring shortlists for recurring high-leverage roles.
  • Monitor and improve employer brand reputation, including Glassdoor reviews and team review drives.
  • Produce weekly hiring pipeline reports and track funnel performance against KPIs.
  • Design and implement people systems for onboarding, engagement, retention, and growth.
  • Partner with leadership on organizational design and workforce planning.
  • Establish performance expectations, evaluation frameworks, and development pathways.
  • Build a consistent talent experience that supports employee engagement and retention.
  • Provide workforce insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR leadership, or a related field, ideally in a fast-growing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build scalable systems that attract, develop, and retain talent.
  • Strong experience working with distributed and remote teams.
  • Experience designing and implementing people development programs.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels of the organization.
  • A growth mindset and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience using data to drive decisions and measure success.
