Description

  • Own end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, vetting, interviewing, and closing candidates for open roles.
  • Manage candidate pipelines across LinkedIn, job boards, freelancer platforms, and referrals.
  • Run test projects, review submissions, and conduct first-round group interviews.
  • Optimize sourcing channels and maintain always-hiring shortlists for recurring high-leverage roles.
  • Monitor and improve employer brand, including Glassdoor review management and feedback collection.
  • Deliver weekly hiring pipeline reports by channel and role and track funnel performance against KPIs.
  • Design and implement people systems for onboarding, engagement, and retention.
  • Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and capacity planning.
  • Build performance expectations, evaluation frameworks, and development pathways.
  • Provide workforce insights and recommendations to leadership and coordinate with external people-operations partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR leadership, or a related field, ideally in a fast-growing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build scalable systems that attract, develop, and retain talent.
  • Strong experience working with distributed and remote teams.
  • Experience designing and implementing programs that support people development and employee satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Growth mindset and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience using data to drive decisions and measure success.
