Description

  • Own the strategy, P&L, and results for Shopify and TikTok Shop growth.
  • Scale Shopify and TikTok Shop to more than $20M in combined revenue within 18 months.
  • Test 100+ ad creatives weekly across Meta and TikTok and optimize paid traffic for ROAS targets.
  • Partner with affiliate, UGC, and Amazon teams to scale winning creative and capture halo effects.
  • Launch one new bundle-based funnel each month and continually improve conversion, AOV, CAC, LTV, and funnel economics.
  • Oversee homepage, product pages, collection merchandising, and funnel relaunches for underperforming offers.
  • Lead lifecycle marketing through Klaviyo and Postscript, including welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, and win-back flows.
  • Develop blog and SEO strategy to drive organic, education-based traffic and build customer ascension paths.
  • Review weekly P&Ls, deliver scorecards and monthly growth plans, and forecast performance.
  • Lead and coach a cross-functional ecommerce pod, manage freelancers and contractors, and build team operating rhythms.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10+ years of experience in DTC ecommerce, especially Shopify and paid social.
  • Proven track record scaling ecommerce brands past $20M in revenue.
  • Experience owning revenue and profitability targets.
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Postscript, and Shopify CMS.
  • Strong background in bundles, upsells, and LTV optimization.
  • Ability to write and review high-converting landing pages.
  • Comfort leading a fully remote team with clear weekly cadences.
