Description

  • Conduct outbound telemarketing to target companies from qualified lists.
  • Introduce the company's services and qualify prospects based on need, timing, and decision-maker.
  • Schedule commercial appointments for the sales team.
  • Update call outcomes and feedback in CRM systems or shared files.
  • Manage assigned contact lists and track completed outreach activity.
  • Create, send, and monitor DEM email campaigns.
  • Handle email follow-up and phone outreach to DEM campaign recipients.
  • Support lead generation activities from marketing campaigns through targeted follow-up.
  • Monitor and support digital advertising campaigns such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Use prospecting tools and LinkedIn to find, enrich, and contact leads.

Requirements

  • Strong written and phone communication skills.
  • Commercial mindset and goal-oriented attitude.
  • Accuracy and discipline in managing follow-ups.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or similar platforms.
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing contact databases.
  • Ability to use LinkedIn to research companies and contacts.
  • Ability to run messaging campaigns on LinkedIn.
  • Experience with prospecting tools such as Lusha.
  • Interest in digital marketing and lead generation activities.
  • Good knowledge of major digital marketing tools.
  • Basic knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads is preferred.
  • Previous experience in B2B telemarketing and DEM campaigns is preferred.
