Description

  • Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Contact key decision-makers through phone, email, social outreach, and in-person meetings when appropriate.
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partner needs and business objectives.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Provide feedback on ongoing industry trends.
  • Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and document all call outcomes in the CRM.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for partners on commercial activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building mindset with a hunter mentality.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Naturally curious with a desire to continually grow and develop.
  • Fluency in English and another language is a plus.
  • Experience within the beauty and wellness industry is an added bonus.
  • Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced, changing environment.
