Description

  • Lead end-to-end integration programs for external clients from discovery and estimation through SOW shaping, stakeholder alignment, and delivery.
  • Design, implement, and deploy large-scale MuleSoft integration and API solutions across CloudHub 2.0, Runtime Fabric, Anypoint MQ, Flex Gateway, and on-prem environments.
  • Develop and maintain DataWeave scripts, Mule flows, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
  • Enforce architectural and security standards including RAML/OAS, OAuth2, JWT, TLS, and encryption.
  • Monitor and optimize integrations for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Lead discovery sessions, shape estimates, and contribute to statement of work development as the technical client contact.
  • Own delivery KPIs including on-time delivery, estimate accuracy, and client satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and technical guidance to engineers, including code reviews and process improvements.
  • Prototype and deploy AI/LLM-powered capabilities inside integration solutions, such as summarization, document parsing, and synthetic test data generation.
  • Use AI-assisted development and code review tools to improve delivery speed and code quality.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of consulting services experience delivering integration programs for external clients.
  • Experience leading discovery, estimation, SOW shaping, stakeholder management, and delivery KPI ownership.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships through the full engagement lifecycle, including scope and change-order discussions.
  • Expertise in designing and maintaining distributed, scalable API-led solutions using MuleSoft and microservices patterns.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Anypoint Platform, including DataWeave 2.x, CloudHub 2.0, Runtime Fabric, Flex Gateway, and Anypoint MQ.
  • Ability to self-govern in flat, PM-free consulting environments and independently scope, prioritize, and deliver work.
  • Daily use of AI tools such as Cursor, LLM-based assistants, and AI-powered static analysis.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native deployment strategies using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Advanced knowledge of RAML/OAS, OAuth2, JWT, TLS, and encryption best practices.
  • Proficiency in Java and Node.js, including refactoring legacy codebases.
  • MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1 required.
  • MuleSoft Architect or Integration Professional certification strongly preferred.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce, AWS, or other SaaS/ERP platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures such as Kafka or Pub/Sub preferred.
  • Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI/ML pipeline design or integration preferred.
