Description

  • Build and maintain responsive web applications using React and Next.js.
  • Develop reusable frontend components and implement UX/UI designs as production-ready features.
  • Design, build, and integrate scalable Python APIs and backend services.
  • Collaborate with Product and UX/UI teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Integrate LLMs and AI-powered workflows, including prompt engineering and model integrations.
  • Write tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews and engineering standards.
  • Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability through testing, monitoring, debugging, and optimization.
  • Contribute to CI/CD, cloud-native deployments, observability, documentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Own features from development through deployment and communicate technical decisions clearly.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of software engineering experience building production applications.
  • Strong frontend experience with Next.js, React, or similar JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, responsive UI development, component-based architecture, and frontend performance.
  • Experience developing backend services and APIs, preferably with Python; Node.js experience is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI model integrations in production applications.
  • Proficiency with RESTful APIs, SQL databases, and full-stack application architecture.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and modern DevOps practices such as CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
  • Healthcare, HIPAA-regulated environment, or distributed-team experience is a plus.
