Description

  • Conduct technical interviews (screening, coding, system design, and domain deep‑dives) across multiple software engineering tracks.
  • Evaluate candidates on problem‑solving, coding quality, data structures & algorithms, system design, debugging, and communication.
  • Use structured rubrics and consistent scoring to produce clear hire/no‑hire signals and written feedback in the ATS.
  • Calibrate with interview panels and engineering leadership to reduce bias and align on leveling and hiring standards.
  • Help design and refine interview questions, take‑home tasks, and bar‑raiser standards to improve interview quality.
  • Partner closely with Recruiting and Engineering leadership to streamline hiring processes and reduce time‑to‑hire without compromising candidate experience.
  • Ensure a professional, timely, and respectful candidate experience throughout the interview process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years professional experience in software engineering (backend, frontend, full‑stack, mobile, or embedded).
  • Proven ability to conduct technical interviews; formal interviewer experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, complexity analysis).
  • Comfortable assessing system design, architecture, code quality, debugging, and end‑to‑end solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to produce clear feedback in the ATS.
  • English: fluent; Arabic: native.
  • Familiarity with relevant tech stacks as applicable: backend (Java, Python, Node.js, .NET, Go; REST/GraphQL; SQL/NoSQL), frontend (React, Angular, Vue; TypeScript; web performance), mobile (iOS/Swift, Android/Kotlin/Java, Flutter, React Native), embedded/systems (C/C++, RTOS, Linux, hardware integration).
  • Experience using structured rubrics, consistent scoring, and participating in interviewer calibration sessions.
