Description

  • Build and maintain knowledge of Grafana’s technology, competitors, open-source ecosystem, and industry trends.
  • Follow up on inbound leads quickly and effectively.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to target accounts using email, social, and phone.
  • Use Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for lead, account management, and research.
  • Research prospects and accounts to tailor outreach and prioritize opportunities.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand user needs and connect them with appropriate resources.
  • Drive new business opportunities and contribute to pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to support shared goals.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
  • Located in Israel.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and demands.
  • Open to feedback and coaching, with a strong desire to improve.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
  • Willing to take on tasks of any size with a focus on quality.
  • Driven by purpose and a team-first attitude.
  • Comfortable making business conversations by phone and using AI tools to improve productivity.
  • Interest in technology, open source, and learning about Grafana Labs is preferred.
