Description

  • Proactively source and qualify outbound leads through personalized outreach across email, phone, video, and social channels.
  • Book meetings for Account Executives and provide clear handoff notes using BANT qualification.
  • Research target accounts and personalize outreach to create meaningful prospect conversations.
  • Experiment with messaging, sequencing, and outreach channels to improve response and conversion rates.
  • Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Vidyard, Vidu, Aircall, and HubSpot CRM to support outbound prospecting.
  • Enroll outbound leads in prospecting campaigns and follow up consistently across multiple touchpoints.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact, company, and deal records in HubSpot CRM with detailed activity notes.
  • Accept and work leads assigned by sales, revenue, and marketing teams.
  • Suggest process and tooling improvements to increase outbound effectiveness.
  • Prepare for 1:1s, share updates, and act on coaching feedback.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of work experience in outbound business development or a similar role.
  • Results-oriented mindset with confidence in cold calling, written outreach, social media, and video outreach.
  • Near-native proficiency in English and exceptional writing skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy with a strong interest in technology and SaaS.
  • Prior experience or basic knowledge of the hosting or cloud infrastructure space is preferred.
  • Sales development certificate or related coursework is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot Sales, Salesforce, or other prospecting tools is preferred.
  • Fluency in a second language beyond English is a plus; target languages include Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, and Japanese.
