Description

  • Prospect outbound and cultivate inbound leads to generate new business across the Benelux region.
  • Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Manage the full sales process, including meetings, demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Identify, nurture, and close opportunities with net-new customers.
  • Communicate the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise to prospective customers.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Handle quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.
  • Work with customers during the trial phase and support a smooth handoff to the Growth team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment, ideally as a top 10% performer.
  • Experience in high-velocity technology companies.
  • Excellent communication skills across in-person, online, and written channels.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships both in person and virtually.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Technical background with experience selling technical products, preferred.
  • Familiarity with open source technology, preferred.
  • Experience using Salesforce, preferred.
  • Experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC, preferred.
  • Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken, preferred.
