Description

  • Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Prospect outbound into net-new customers and cultivate inbound opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales process, including meetings, demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Identify, nurture, and close new customer opportunities.
  • Communicate the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise to prospective customers.
  • Manage sales pipeline activity and forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Handle quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.
  • Work with customers during the trial phase and transition strong relationships to the Growth team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
  • A consistent record of goal achievement in a highly competitive environment, ideally as a top 10% performer.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Experience with technical products, ideally from a technical background.
  • Strong communication skills across in-person, online, and written channels.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships both in person and virtually.
  • Adaptability and experience in high-velocity technology companies.
  • Familiarity with open source technology is a significant advantage.
  • Experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is ideal.
  • Energetic, entrepreneurial, tenacious, and collaborative mindset.

Benefits

  • US OTE compensation range of $180,000 - $220,000.
