Description

  • Develop, manage, and optimize the company’s HR Administration function.
  • Support core HR lifecycle processes including onboarding, promotions, transfers, offboarding, and relocation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and organizational structures in the HRIS.
  • Verify and submit salary and timekeeping data to Finance for accurate payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws, migration requirements, and global HR practices.
  • Manage HR audits, compliance tracking, and legally required documentation.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team of HR Administration specialists.
  • Lead HR Administration projects such as launching hiring in new locations and improving operational efficiency.
  • Drive automation, digital transformation, and process optimization across HR Admin workflows.
  • Analyze HR and salary data to produce management reports and identify trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR Administration or HR Operations.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team of HR Administration specialists.
  • Proven success delivering HR Admin projects such as new-region hiring launches, automation, or payroll process changes.
  • Advanced experience with HRIS and HR automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, employment legalities, migration regulations, and B2B contractor frameworks in an international setting.
  • Experience working with large datasets and using data to build insights and solutions.
  • High autonomy, strong decision-making, and accountability for team results.
  • Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and drive change management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills for executive stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Experience with HiBob HRIS (nice to have).
  • Experience supporting People Operations across Spain, Poland, and Cyprus (nice to have).
