Description

  • Develop new and existing accounts into mutually beneficial partnerships aligned with client business goals.
  • Own the client relationship from a payments and operational perspective to support long-term success.
  • Analyze performance data and statistics to identify opportunities to improve client ROI.
  • Run regular customer satisfaction surveys to assess account health and improvement areas.
  • Lead payments-focused onboarding for newly signed clients and support a smooth transition into the ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with Product, Integrations, Analytics, and Support to ensure flawless technical setup and cross-functional knowledge sharing.
  • Manage commercial and operational issues quickly to reduce friction in service delivery.
  • Present product upgrades and new functionality so clients can understand and adopt the roadmap.
  • Translate client needs and pain points into structured feedback for development teams.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on emerging client challenges.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the iGaming industry in a customer-facing or account management role.
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency, especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for client presentations.
  • B2-level English with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with mid-level autonomy, drive tasks independently, and know when to escalate.
  • Strong prioritization and critical-thinking skills for handling competing tasks and operational issues.
  • Basic experience with CRM/BI tools and project management software such as Jira or Confluence.
  • Basic technical understanding of web services and the software development life cycle (SDLC) is preferred.
  • Experience using Figma or Miro for collaborative planning and workflow visualization is preferred.
  • Prior experience in iGaming payments or fintech is preferred.
