Description

  • Serve as strategic partner to the Co-CEOs and executive team, translating priorities into clear action across the organization.
  • Act as gatekeeper and proxy in key meetings, synthesizing decisions and relaying critical insights.
  • Prioritize, route, and respond to incoming requests, proposals, and opportunities directed to the Co-CEOs.
  • Coordinate scheduling, time allocation, and executive priorities with the Co-CEOs’ Executive Assistant(s).
  • Prepare executive-ready briefings, memos, presentations, and background materials for internal, board, media, and external engagements.
  • Support the Co-CEOs’ personal social presence and media preparation in partnership with communications and social teams.
  • Design and maintain AI-driven operating systems, including Notion dashboards, plugins, AI agents, and no-code workflows.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, automate processes, and document AI-enabled best practices.
  • Lead weekly executive team meetings, develop agendas, and drive follow-through on action items and OKRs.
  • Own board, portfolio, and investment support, including board decks, offsites, diligence, and deal-flow coordination.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of business experience, including at least 2 years working directly with C-level executives.
  • Experience with consumer goods strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive executive programs and strategic initiatives cross-functionally.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Suite and data analytics tools.
  • AI-native fluency with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion, Asana, G-Suite, and Airtable.
  • Hands-on experience building Notion boards, databases, dashboards, plugins, AI agents, and no-code automations such as Zapier.
  • Experience managing CRM systems and contact records with strong accuracy and deduplication practices.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business required.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and financial acumen.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity, with direct communication, rapid iteration, and global time zones.
