Description

  • Design and develop scalable solutions within the Salesforce instance for product catalog and pricing structure using Vlocity CPQ.
  • Translate complex business requirements into Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Implement Salesforce solutions aligned with industry best practices.
  • Conduct rigorous peer code reviews.
  • Work on a distributed backend engineering team and contribute technical guidance and collaboration.
  • Partner with technical program managers, engineering managers, and other engineers to deliver projects on agreed timelines.
  • Maintain and optimize the full software development lifecycle using configuration, Apex, Visualforce, APIs, and Force.com applications.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to outages and emergency issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Understanding of the Salesforce security model and Sales/Salesforce Experience Cloud.
  • 6 years of experience with Apex and REST API.
  • 2 years of experience with Vlocity and/or OmniScript.
  • Direct experience with Salesforce configuration/customization using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Vlocity CPQ.
  • Salesforce developer certification such as PD2, System Architect, or Integration Architect (preferred).
  • Experience using development tools such as GitHub and Harness.io (preferred).
  • Experience with Java, Kotlin, and GCP (preferred).
  • Experience developing or working hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Vlocity, Salesforce CPQ, or Comms Cloud on Core (preferred).
  • This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Benefits

  • US base salary range of $177,600 - $229,700.
  • Bonus eligibility.
