Description

  • Own features and systems end-to-end for the Corporate Insight Agent, from requirements gathering through deployment and iteration.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across the stack and help guide full-stack, cloud, and AI-native development decisions.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Product Management and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape requirements, and improve critical business processes.
  • Define what gets built and how to execute it, working proactively without fully written specifications.
  • Balance rapid prototyping with long-term engineering rigor by choosing when to build lightweight proofs of concept versus production systems.
  • Iterate with users and stakeholders while maintaining quality, reliability, observability, and strong engineering standards.
  • Build and support production AI agent systems that internal teams and customers depend on daily.
  • Use AI coding tools to improve productivity, code quality, documentation, and delivery speed.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate engineering tradeoffs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on software development experience with a proven track record of shipping customer-facing applications.
  • 7+ years of architecting and developing full-stack applications, or equivalent senior-level experience.
  • 5+ years working with Python, React, AWS, and modern data platforms.
  • Hands-on experience building production AI systems.
  • Experience optimizing AI agents for quality, reliability, latency, and cost.
  • Strong understanding of application architecture, APIs, observability, messaging, and workflow patterns.
  • Experience with scalable distributed systems and high-quality user experiences.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM-powered products and agent experiences, including designing agent loops, integrating MCP, and developing custom tools.
  • Comfort working across TypeScript, Python, React, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex is strongly preferred.
  • Must not currently or in the future require visa sponsorship.
