Description

  • Own relationships with GFiber partners who control individual or small property portfolios and drive inventory growth independently.
  • Manage the full business process from start to finish for assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property developers, property managers, HOAs, business customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Host events, attend HOA or property meetings, and participate in networking events to build the GFiber brand.
  • Maintain a healthy sales funnel through cold calling, prospecting, mailers, warm follow-ups, and networking activities.
  • Support cross-functional teams with site surveys and customer acquisition tasks as requested by the Head of Sales.
  • Understand GFiber network fundamentals and explain the network to prospective residential and commercial customers.
  • Prospect and work assigned partners in assigned geographies to develop the sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales negotiations experience.
  • 2 years of experience with contracts or access agreements working cross-functionally.
  • 2 years of experience with funnel management in a 30 to 90 day sales cycle.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle check that meets company standards.
  • Experience in telecom sales is preferred.
  • Experience working in the local market is preferred.
  • Experience using a CRM database is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to provide information promptly to internal and external stakeholders and customers is preferred.
  • This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Benefits

  • Competitive on-target earnings of $93,520 annually, including a $56,000 base salary and uncapped sales bonus.
