Description

  • Drive adoption of Elastic’s AI-powered search, observability, and security solutions across new and existing mid-market accounts in Indonesia.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by helping customers turn data into actionable insights.
  • Position Elastic as the Search AI platform of choice by discussing cloud economics, usage-based pricing, and modern data architectures.
  • Solve complex customer data challenges beyond transactional selling.
  • Promote both Elastic’s commercial features and open-source offerings.
  • Identify new use cases that improve customer efficiency and intelligence.
  • Develop territory business plans using community, customer, and partner ecosystems.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Uncover pain points, business impact, budget, and decision criteria using MEDDPICC or similar frameworks.
  • Partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals and improve customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Mid-market account management experience in Indonesia.
  • Proven success in SaaS subscription sales in mid-market accounts, with evidence of overachievement.
  • High-level technical curiosity paired with value-based selling ability.
  • Ability to craft value stories that connect technical capabilities to business outcomes.
  • Comfort discussing security, observability, vector and traditional search, and cloud cost optimization.
  • Ability to lead executive negotiation and pricing discussions.
  • Ability to build credibility with both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Consistent and accurate sales forecasting skills, including formal close plans and CRM hygiene.
  • Ability to align across teams to accelerate deals.
  • Enthusiasm for the open-source model and community-driven solutions.
