Description

  • Own relationships with GFiber partners who manage individual or small property portfolios and drive inventory growth independently.
  • Manage the full business process for assigned accounts from start to finish.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, property managers, HOAs, business customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Host events, attend HOA or property meetings, and participate in networking events to grow the GFiber brand.
  • Understand GFiber network fundamentals and explain the network to new residential and commercial prospects.
  • Maintain a healthy sales funnel through cold calling, prospecting, mailers, warm follow-ups, and networking.
  • Support cross-functional teams with site surveys and customer acquisition tasks as requested by the Head of Sales.
  • Prospect in assigned geographies and help increase the number of households able to order GFiber services through outside field sales.

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales negotiation experience.
  • 2 years of experience with contracts or access agreements while working cross-functionally.
  • 2 years of experience managing a funnel in a 30- to 90-day sales cycle.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle check that meets company standards.
  • Experience in telecom sales is preferred.
  • Experience working in the local market is preferred.
  • Experience using a CRM database is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for timely communication with internal and external stakeholders and customers is preferred.
  • This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

  • Competitive on-target earnings of $93,335 annually, including $56,000 base pay and uncapped sales bonus.
