Description

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers and drive value from Gong’s solutions.
  • Serve as a strategic technical advisor for customer initiatives, integrations, and CRM enhancements.
  • Provide proactive guidance on best practices, risks, and solution design.
  • Deliver advanced technical and strategic consultation on Gong products to improve customer outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer ROI through tailored solutions and initiatives.
  • Oversee customer support tickets and coordinate with Technical Support Engineers and R&D on issue resolution.
  • Advocate for product fixes, workarounds, and feature requests in partnership with internal teams.
  • Guide customers through adoption of new features and provide troubleshooting for third-party integrations and CRM configuration.
  • Travel occasionally to meet customers on-site.

Requirements

  • 2.5+ years of experience in technical account management or a similar customer-facing technical role in a SaaS organization.
  • Functional understanding of API integrations, database concepts, and software configurations.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent technical projects and customer engagements.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for nontechnical stakeholders and senior executives.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Ability to project manage complex customer relationships and guide technical decisions toward business outcomes.
  • Background in Technical Support, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or project management.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot and enterprise software integrations.
  • Technical writing experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
