Description

  • Research and identify national and regional professional associations and other potential partners.
  • Reach out to partnership targets, arrange meetings, and pitch opportunities on behalf of the CEO.
  • Build relationships with leaders in large organizations to create a community of Theory of Constraints advocates.
  • Develop and coordinate personalized training and development opportunities for partner companies.
  • Create marketing plans and content to drive event attendance and raise awareness of the company’s efforts.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Manager and CEO on promotional materials, website updates, videos, and social media content.
  • Explore and use inbound lead generation channels such as SEO and Google Ads.
  • Manage logistics for concurrent workshops and events across the United States.
  • Execute event promotion through LinkedIn outreach, network activation, and other campaign support to fill sessions with the right attendees.
  • Build and manage the CEO’s US calendar, travel schedule, and high-value meetings during monthly visits.
  • Identify and secure speaking opportunities, webinars, podcasts, keynotes, and other thought-leadership channels for the CEO.
  • Travel to workshops, support the CEO on-site, follow up with attendees, and convert interest into paid training registrations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in partnerships, business development, or event management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects across different stages and locations.
  • Experience using social media, SEO, Google Ads, and other promotional marketing channels.
  • Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation, or campaign management.
  • Excellent follow-up and follow-through discipline.
  • Ability to build and manage professional relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to represent the company professionally alongside the CEO.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision.
  • Experience supporting C-level executives in a chief-of-staff, executive assistant, or operations capacity.
  • Comfortable with significant domestic travel.
  • Located in the continental US with easy access to a major airport.
