Description

  • Manage site content to ensure promotional materials are accurate, engaging, and visible to players.
  • Provide clear and organized promotional details to customer service teams.
  • Collaborate with the Casino Promotions team to design promotional experiences that drive player engagement and ROI.
  • Create tasks for the creative team and ensure promotional assets are delivered on time.
  • Brief the CRM team on upcoming promotions to support timely and accurate player communications.
  • Draft promotional terms and conditions with guidance from legal and compliance teams.
  • Coordinate with Casino Operations to select promotional content and align game offerings with player eligibility.
  • Partner with the BI team to secure analytical support for promotional performance analysis.
  • Communicate upcoming promotions to marketing acquisition and partnership teams for proper distribution and alignment.
  • Maintain operational readiness with a flexible schedule to address promotional issues and support business objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in online casino operations or a related casino role.
  • Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers for extended periods of time.
  • Strong passion for casinos and gaming with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently.
  • Effective team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Willingness and ability to maintain open availability and a flexible schedule.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a gaming license with one or more regulatory agencies, as required.
  • Open to candidates across the U.S. for nationwide roles.
  • Experience in a rapidly changing or emerging industry is preferred.
