Description

  • Own Deal Desk processes, including deal reviews, validation approvals, contract checks, and related approval workflows.
  • Ensure deals move smoothly from quote to close while maintaining compliance with internal standards.
  • Own CRM data quality and integrity in HubSpot to support accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Maintain and optimize CRM data structures, properties, and workflows.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline visibility, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Provide reporting, insights, and analysis to support revenue organization decision-making.
  • Support and optimize sales processes, including quoting, lead management, deal lifecycle management, and CPQ.
  • Troubleshoot system and process issues as first-line support for Sales teams.
  • Manage and support sales tech stack tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, and Waalaxy.
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements through automation, workflows, and scalable solutions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, and leadership teams.
  • Support onboarding, training, and enablement initiatives related to tools and processes.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of Sales Operations experience, preferably in SaaS, HR tech, or global services.
  • Strong HubSpot expertise, including workflows, automation, reporting, and data management.
  • Experience with Deal Desk processes, including pricing, contract review, and approvals.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in Excel and/or BI tools.
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools such as Apollo, Waalaxy, Jiminny, and Seismic.
  • Basic AI literacy, including tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to follow tasks through to completion.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a high-volume environment.
  • Detail-oriented approach, especially when working with deal data, pricing, and contracts.
  • Comfort working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations and push back when needed.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a focus on supporting teams and solving problems.
