Description

  • Lead capture, account research, and prospecting to generate interest from potential customers.
  • Contact prospects through warm and cold calls and email outreach.
  • Communicate the company’s value proposition to prospective clients in clear pitches.
  • Set meetings and calls between prospective clients and account executives.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities in the market.
  • Maintain accurate contact and prospect data in CRM and internal databases.
  • Provide feedback to management on the effectiveness of outbound phone and email campaigns.
  • Build trusted relationships with prospects and assigned accounts by providing tailored insights and support.
  • Collaborate with team members and third-party providers to keep deliverables on time and prepare for client meetings.
  • Work with sales and marketing to gather customer references and develop case studies.

Requirements

  • Full English proficiency is essential.
  • 1-2 years of technology staff augmentation sales experience, or 1-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Experience selling to the US market is preferred.
  • Experience in cold calling.
  • Strong interest in technology and staff augmentation sales.
  • Passion for talent-as-a-service.
  • Relentless focus on goals and problem solving.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Comfort working across multiple departments and as an active team player.

Benefits

  • Full-time independent contractor agreement through a payroll platform.
  • 3-month trial period with the opportunity for a longer-term role.
  • Salary range of USD $900-$1,200 plus commissions.
  • Commission structure to be discussed during the interview process.
