Description

  • Own and elevate GoFasti’s brand identity across all channels.
  • Develop marketing campaigns that support company goals, partnerships, and talent initiatives.
  • Maintain brand consistency across company, executive, and partner-facing communications.
  • Conduct market research to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Produce high-quality content for executives and company channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Work with designers to create visuals, carousels, reels, and other social assets.
  • Draft long-form content including thought-leadership posts, newsletters, case studies, and press statements.
  • Plan editorial calendars and oversee social publishing with clear KPIs.
  • Monitor community engagement and respond on behalf of the brand.
  • Build and maintain the digital presence of company executives, mainly on LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Craft storytelling-driven content that positions executives as industry voices.
  • Coordinate photo and video asset creation through designers, photographers, or video editors.
  • Plan and optimize marketing funnels with strong calls to action across landing pages, direct messages, email sequences, and webinars.
  • Track performance across platforms to uncover opportunities and improve results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute campaigns end to end.
  • Leverage AI tools for content production, segmentation, research, and automation.
  • Stay current on marketing, AI, and automation trends to improve workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, social media management, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated success managing brand presence and social media for a company or executives.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills that are clear, engaging, and human-centered.
  • Experience working with designers, creative teams, and external vendors.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, email, and landing pages.
  • Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns end to end.
  • Solid grasp of analytics and performance tracking, including platform insights and funnel metrics.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written; Spanish is a plus.
  • Highly proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, automation platforms, and content optimization tools.
  • Experience supporting executive personal brands as a growth engine.
  • Background in B2B, SaaS, or tech marketing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CRM and automation tools such as HubSpot AI, Salesforce, Notion, and Zapier is a plus.
  • Ability to coordinate photo and video shoots or oversee creative production is a plus.

Benefits

  • Salary range of USD $1,500 to $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • Independent contractor arrangement through a payroll platform.
