Description

  • Build and improve AI-driven workflows, agents, prompts, and operational systems.
  • Use AI tools to streamline content creation, research, outreach, design, and internal execution.
  • Manage company social media channels and draft, schedule, and maintain LinkedIn and multi-platform content calendars.
  • Repurpose podcast transcripts into social posts, clips, hooks, summaries, and engagement content.
  • Coordinate podcast recording logistics, edit episodes, and manage publishing and promotion workflows.
  • Build LinkedIn outreach workflows and cold email campaigns, including lead database creation and performance optimization.
  • Update websites and landing pages, and create branded design assets, presentations, pitch decks, and event materials.
  • Create and distribute newsletters, outbound emails, nurture sequences, and client communication support.
  • Coordinate conference, webinar, and event logistics, including vendors, registrations, sponsorships, travel, and live execution.
  • Handle lightweight technical tasks such as DNS updates, configuration changes, and collaboration with developers when needed.

Requirements

  • Daily hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, OpenClaw, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to build workflows, prompts, automations, or operational systems using AI tools.
  • Excellent written English and strong copywriting ability.
  • Experience managing content, marketing, outreach, or communication workflows.
  • Experience creating social media content, newsletters, outreach campaigns, or marketing assets.
  • Comfortable learning and navigating technical platforms and dashboards independently.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills across multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Experience using Canva, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
  • Reliable remote work setup with stable internet connection.
  • Self-starter mentality with strong ownership and execution skills.
  • Experience in marketing, communications, operations, or content coordination roles preferred.
  • Podcast editing, production, or audio/video editing experience preferred.
  • Experience with Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, LinkedIn automation, or cold outreach systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with elective healthcare, aesthetics, ophthalmology, medspa, or plastic surgery industries preferred.
  • Experience with webinar coordination and event logistics preferred.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and newsletter management preferred.
  • Familiarity with GitHub, Supabase, or Cloudflare preferred.
  • Experience with Amazon KDP or self-publishing workflows preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media growth strategies and audience engagement preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools for design, content scaling, workflow automation, or operational efficiency preferred.
