Description

  • Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP campaigns.
  • Design campaign architecture across match types and campaign types, including auto and manual structures.
  • Oversee product targeting, category targeting, and audience-based campaigns across multiple ASINs, product lines, and marketplaces.
  • Conduct advanced keyword and competitor ASIN research to build effective targeting and harvesting strategies.
  • Develop and maintain negative keyword lists to reduce wasted spend.
  • Optimize bids, placements, and budgets using performance-based, seasonal, and time-of-day adjustments.
  • Analyze key advertising metrics and Search Term Reports to improve campaign performance and identify converting keywords.
  • Prepare and deliver clear weekly and monthly performance reports for clients and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain clean, scalable account structures, naming conventions, and portfolio budget controls.
  • Mentor junior PPC specialists and contribute to SOPs, best practices, and internal playbooks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC / Advertising experience.
  • Current Amazon Ads Certification.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling ad budgets with measurable results.
  • Deep expertise in Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP.
  • Advanced proficiency with tools such as Helium 10, DataDive, Brand Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Strong command of Amazon metrics including ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, and CVR.
  • Experience managing multi-marketplace accounts across regions such as the US, UK, and EU.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Amazon DSP and programmatic advertising is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Facebook / Meta Ads or other paid channels is preferred.
  • Agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously is preferred.
  • Experience with deal event strategy such as Prime Day and Black Friday / Cyber Monday is preferred.
