Description

  • Partner with senior client stakeholders to develop annual strategies and push the client’s business forward.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned B2B client accounts within DEPT®.
  • Hold recurring executive-level meetings focused on business goals, industry trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and account growth through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Lead new business pitches and proposals with leadership and growth teams.
  • Forecast, reconcile, and monitor client revenue, profitability, and financial performance.
  • Manage scopes of work, retainers, SOW updates, amendments, and contract negotiations.
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive organic revenue growth.
  • Lead, line-manage, motivate, and inspire cross-functional teams across multiple projects.
  • Ensure delivery quality, team alignment, and effective ways of working across accounts.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in client service roles within an agency environment.
  • Experience managing large clients, AORs, agency teams, complex campaigns, and high-volume retainers.
  • Experience working on global brands and leading multi-service retainers.
  • Experience leading, motivating, and coaching teams of 10+ people.
  • Strong client relationship management experience with directors, VPs, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in working with data and making decisions based on it.
  • Experience with both brand and conversion/direct-response campaigns (confident in both).
