Description

  • Lead tactical strategy, planning, execution, and management of media campaigns from brief through launch and optimization.
  • Manage and coach Managers and Associates working on the same accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams on campaign activation and related work.
  • Train junior team members on account specifics, media buying platforms, and campaign management best practices.
  • Build campaigns in buying platforms, perform quality assurance, and activate campaigns according to best practices.
  • Pull platform reporting and develop insights for analytics readouts and client deliverables.
  • Oversee monthly billing and actualization with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and processing.
  • Lead planning efforts with senior team members and the Integrated Media team.
  • Vet vendor offerings and maintain communication with vendor partners.
  • Prepare client-facing presentation materials summarizing performance, optimizations, recommendations, and wrap-ups.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in digital media as a campaign manager, owning buying platform management, campaign management, optimization, and digital media operations.
  • 3+ years of hands-on platform experience in programmatic, paid search, and/or paid social.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple buying channels or disciplines is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with DSPs, search engines, and/or paid social ad managers.
  • Experience leading day-to-day meetings, statuses, and calls.
  • Experience in platform strategy and tactical recommendations.
  • Experience with client communication and deliverables.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry preferred but not required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, mathematical, project management, and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize in a fast-paced environment, identify and resolve issues, and work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
