Description

  • Serve as the proposal and go-to-market center of excellence, ensuring client-facing deliverables reflect the firm’s best thinking.
  • Develop clear, compelling, and consistent narratives in partnership with Client Managers that align ghSMART’s value proposition to each client or prospect.
  • Partner with the Director of Growth and Manager of Client Solutions & Knowledge to provide strategic feedback and refinement that elevates proposal quality and positioning.
  • Act as a connection point between the internal go-to-market team and client service leadership to support execution of the growth strategy.
  • Advance firmwide change initiatives by promoting shared language, norms, and processes that enhance collaboration and client impact.
  • Develop, tailor, and refine high-impact proposals, decks, and RFP responses that are clear, visually engaging, and aligned with firm messaging.
  • Analyze business development activity and BD metrics (e.g., win rates) to generate insights and inform go-to-market improvements.
  • Conduct in-depth research and synthesize insights to create thought pieces, solutions, and strategic content addressing client needs and market trends.
  • Manage and maintain a centralized library of qualifications materials and anonymized client presentations to ensure curated, standardized, and reusable content.
  • Partner across practices and regions to enable knowledge exchange, align cross-practice initiatives, and strengthen firmwide business development support.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, marketing, knowledge, or business development roles with exposure to client engagements and proposal support.
  • Experience developing executive-ready materials (proposals, presentations, client deliverables) that are clear, structured, brand-consistent, and visually appealing.
  • Experience supporting growth transformations or change management initiatives in complex, senior-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong relationship orientation with the ability to earn trust and credibility with senior leaders through reliability, quality, and clear communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound professional judgment and the ability to connect client priorities to compelling value propositions.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategy development and execution and a demonstrated interest in marketing/brand positioning.
  • Experience with business development tools and technology, including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Dun & Bradstreet Hoovers.
  • Comfort reporting success metrics and continuously improving processes for efficiency and quality.
  • Full-time, remote role based in the United States (as posted).
