Description

  • Own the full partner lifecycle, including sourcing, onboarding, activation, and ongoing revenue contribution.
  • Identify and establish relationships with high-potential partners across multiple partner channels.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and define effective collaboration models with partners.
  • Build, manage, and enable a reseller partner network so partners are actively selling.
  • Develop partner enablement materials such as playbooks, pitch decks, and pricing guides.
  • Monitor partner pipeline and revenue performance, and proactively address gaps.
  • Work with technology and integration partners to identify co-marketing and distribution opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
  • Recruit and manage affiliates, influencers, and creators to secure high-quality partnerships.
  • Launch and scale co-marketing initiatives such as content collaborations, webinars, and campaigns.
  • Track and optimize partner KPIs, including revenue, time to first revenue, active partner rate, and revenue per partner.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in partnerships, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or partner marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or a related industry.
  • Hands-on experience managing at least two partner types: reseller partnerships, affiliates/influencers/creators, or technology/integration partners.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable revenue through partnerships.
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence in negotiating partnership terms and structuring win-win deals.
  • Ability to build relationships from scratch across diverse partner types.
  • Data-driven approach to tracking performance, optimizing results, and making decisions.
  • Solid project management skills and ability to execute cross-functional initiatives.
  • Outcome-oriented mindset focused on revenue and partner productivity rather than activity or volume.
  • Confidence to make tough decisions, including deprioritizing or exiting underperforming partnerships.
  • Fluent communication in English.

  • Salary range of 15,000–20,000 PLN gross/month under a contract of employment.
  • B2B contract rate of 776–1,036 PLN MD/net.
