Description

  • Define and lead the global sales enablement strategy aligned to revenue priorities, go-to-market initiatives, and business growth objectives.
  • Lead the product-aligned sales enablement organization and oversee enablement pillar leads.
  • Establish consistent enablement standards, scalable readiness programs, and unified messaging frameworks across the portfolio.
  • Oversee product and solution enablement to ensure consistent positioning, messaging, and execution across all product areas.
  • Build and manage global go-to-market readiness for product launches so Sales is prepared in advance.
  • Oversee sales enablement programs including onboarding, product enablement, sales skills, and certification frameworks.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to drive adoption of sales processes, systems, tools, CRM, and AI capabilities.
  • Establish and evolve the enablement operating model, including intake, prioritization, and roadmap management.
  • Define and implement measurement frameworks that connect enablement efforts to pipeline, win rate, deal velocity, and other business outcomes.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Product, and Product Marketing to translate strategy into structured enablement programs.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or go-to-market strategy.
  • 5-8 years of supervisory experience leading large, cross-functional teams at a senior leadership level.
  • Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, IoT, or similar industries is strongly preferred.
  • Experience defining and executing global strategies aligned to business goals and complex product portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of value-based selling and customer lifecycle enablement, including cross-sell, attach, and expansion motions.
  • Experience defining metrics, interpreting complex data, and building measurement frameworks tied to business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with sales technology stacks such as CRM and enablement platforms.
  • Ability to leverage AI to improve enablement delivery, personalization, and performance.
  • Ability to translate strategy into scalable operating models and execution frameworks in complex environments.
  • Sales methodology certifications such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or CHAMP, or enablement/AI-related certifications are considered an asset.
