Description

  • Partner with the SVP of Presales and Presales leadership to define enablement priorities and build a global roadmap.
  • Translate stakeholder feedback and business needs into practical enablement programs aligned to leadership goals.
  • Guide new requests through the GTM Enablement intake process and prioritize work by business impact and urgency.
  • Use AI, including Gemini, to improve learning design, content development, personalization, reinforcement, and enablement efficiency.
  • Build programs that help Solution Consultants apply AI in discovery, solution design, demo preparation, customer conversations, and daily productivity.
  • Create and teach practical agent-based workflows that improve Presales effectiveness and customer outcomes.
  • Own and evolve the global Presales onboarding experience to help new Solution Consultants ramp quickly and consistently.
  • Design phased onboarding that builds confidence in Anaplan’s platform, value proposition, discovery, demos, AI workflows, technical processes, and the Presales role.
  • Partner with Presales leaders, product experts, solutions teams, and regional stakeholders to make onboarding scalable and practical.
  • Help Solution Consultants improve demo delivery, customer conversations, objection handling, and value-based storytelling.
  • Build, refine, and deliver enablement content for onboarding, continuous learning, product updates, demo skills, and strategic GTM priorities.
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person workshops for Solution Consultants, managers, and cross-functional teams, including major kickoff events.
  • Design and deliver AKO/SKO experiences, including live main-stage training for large audiences.
  • Maintain accessible enablement resources so teams can easily find the tools, content, and learning they need.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Presales leadership and cross-functional partners across Sales, Product, Solutions, Customer Success, and Sales Operations.
  • Track adoption, completion, effectiveness, and business impact of enablement programs and refine them based on feedback and data.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Sales Enablement, GTM Enablement, or a closely related field.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise SaaS, complex B2B sales, technical sales, or value-based customer-facing teams.
  • 3+ years partnering directly with VP/SVP-level stakeholders to define priorities and execute strategic programs.
  • 3+ years building or supporting onboarding programs for Presales, Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, or other customer-facing technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of the Presales / Solution Consulting motion, including discovery, demo preparation, customer storytelling, technical validation, and value-based selling.
  • Ability to enable demo readiness and translate technical capabilities into clear customer value.
  • Executive presence and strong stakeholder management skills with senior leaders.
  • Strong facilitation and executive presentation skills, including virtual and in-person training and presenting at AKO, SKO, or similar large events.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High emotional intelligence, strong listening skills, and a collaborative, customer-first approach.
  • Hands-on experience with Presales, sales, and enablement platforms such as Seismic, Consensus, PeopleAI, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with learning and engagement tools such as Camtasia, Captivate, Kahoot, or Mentimeter.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI to improve learning efficiency, accelerate content creation, personalize enablement, and reinforce behavior change at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with Gemini or comparable enterprise generative AI tools.
  • Experience building AI agents or agent-based workflows and turning that expertise into practical training.
  • Experience designing discovery enablement and coaching Solution Consultants on customer needs and value conversations.
  • Experience planning and executing annual kickoff, sales kickoff, or other large-scale enablement events.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS, business planning, analytics, AI, or technical B2B environments is required; AI-powered Presales enablement experience is strongly preferred.
