  • Handle qualified leads from business development and cold calling teams and convert them into signed clients.
  • Conduct discovery and closing calls via Zoom or phone.
  • Present the company’s staffing and outsourcing solutions in a way that addresses client pain points.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with business development and staffing teams to ensure a smooth client handoff.
  • Maintain detailed CRM records for every prospect interaction.
  • Meet and exceed monthly close targets.
  • Participate in ongoing product and sales training to improve sales performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in closing sales, preferably in BPO, SaaS, staffing, or digital marketing.
  • Proven record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Pipedrive and with VoIP calling platforms.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Professional, consultative approach to selling with a strong drive for results.
