Description

  • Develop the assigned sales territory for company products.
  • Discover and track sales opportunities and follow up on leads with partners.
  • Visit customers, partners, and consultants at their premises.
  • Manage sales forecasts and work to achieve quota targets.
  • Identify customer needs, respond to RFIs and RFQs, prepare quotes, and write proposals.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication with customers and sales representatives.
  • Monitor and report customer, integrator, and consultant satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate training for customers, integrators, and consultants.
  • Update and maintain customer and sales data in CRM or other applications.
  • Maintain current knowledge of products, the market, the competition, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the security industry or technology industry, with VMS, access control, or CCTV experience.
  • Strong experience in the Caribbean and Central America market.
  • Excellent presentation skills and experience delivering client demonstrations.
  • Proven sales achievement and/or a track record in technology sales.
  • Ability to work in a complex sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and credibility with customers, integrators, and consultants.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • IP technology knowledge and networking expertise are considered an asset.
