Description

  • Develop and execute a territory plan for Belgium and Luxembourg aligned with regional priorities and growth targets.
  • Identify strategic verticals and key accounts and build long-term account plans focused on pipeline generation, expansion, and retention.
  • Engage directly with enterprise and public-sector end users to understand operational and security challenges and create demand at early project stages.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers including security leaders, IT stakeholders, operations leaders, and procurement teams.
  • Influence project requirements and technical specifications in collaboration with pre-sales teams.
  • Support customers through evaluation, proof-of-concept, and purchasing processes.
  • Work alongside system integrators, consultants, and technology partners while preserving end-user ownership of opportunities and enabling partners via joint account planning.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through contract close, maintain accurate CRM pipeline and forecasting, and achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Proven success in enterprise or complex B2B solution sales.
  • Experience selling software platforms, enterprise technology, or physical security solutions.
  • Strong track record of direct end-user engagement and consultative selling.
  • Experience working within a channel-driven or partner-based sales model and collaborating with system integrators and partners.
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales environments and manage long buying cycles.
  • Fluency in ideally Dutch, French, and English.
  • Preferred: experience with video management systems (VMS), access control, or unified security platforms.
  • Preferred: familiarity with enterprise verticals such as transportation, smart cities, critical infrastructure, government, healthcare, or retail, and understanding of IP networking, cybersecurity principles, or enterprise IT environments.
