Description

  • Manage and develop relationships with key regional systems integrators to create partner-led opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strategic, high-value partnerships within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Provide regional systems integrators with education, resources, and support to help them promote and sell Gearset products.
  • Partner with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product to align support for channel partners.
  • Collaborate on joint go-to-market activities, events, and campaigns with partners.
  • Drive and convert leads referred by regional systems integrators into opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Salesforce partner ecosystem, Gearset’s products, and DevOps concepts.
  • Identify key stakeholders within partner organizations and build mutually beneficial long-term relationships.
  • Engage with partners at the executive level and deliver meaningful commercial results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role in Alliances, Sales, Account Management, or technical implementation at a SaaS company in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success forming partnerships within the Salesforce System Integrator ecosystem, especially with regional systems integrators.
  • Active relationships within regional systems integrators.
  • Strong ability to identify key stakeholders and build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Commercially astute with a consultative approach and strong questioning skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively at the executive level.
  • Willingness to travel as needed across North America and Europe.
  • Full-time availability, working Monday to Friday remotely within the United States.
