Description

  • Own revenue targets for Garner’s Insights and Referrals solutions across healthcare delivery organizations and digital health companies.
  • Lead end-to-end sales execution, including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, contracting, and close.
  • Track, manage, and forecast the sales pipeline and deal activity with accuracy and discipline.
  • Work closely with the SVP and cross-functional partners to share market feedback and support positioning, enablement, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Provide structured market feedback to inform the product roadmap and future growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales role with clear ownership of revenue outcomes.
  • Experience selling into healthcare delivery organizations, digital health companies, or provider-adjacent technology platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving clinical, operational, and executive decision-makers.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to clearly articulate a data-driven value proposition to external stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
  • Desire to be part of a mission-driven organization working to meaningfully improve the healthcare system.
  • Desire to work on a high-performing, mission-driven team with intense urgency, strong individual accountability, and authentic feedback.
  • Comfort with remote work and occasional travel to Garner’s New York City headquarters.

  • Target total compensation of $230,000 - $260,000.
