Description

  • Develop and execute inbound marketing strategy across demand generation and pipeline creation.
  • Develop and execute outbound marketing strategy across demand generation and pipeline creation.
  • Create and deliver sales enablement materials, tools, and playbooks for the Growth team.
  • Select, manage, and hold external vendors and agencies accountable.
  • Plan, manage, and report on marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Define, track, and report marketing KPIs tied to pipeline and revenue.
  • Administer and optimize the marketing technology stack and CRM used to run programs and measure results.
  • Collaborate closely with Growth leadership on strategy, documentation, and automation of marketing and sales playbooks.
  • Translate internal subject matter expertise into consistent thought leadership content distributed through channels such as blogs and LinkedIn.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology, SaaS, or cloud.
  • Experience spanning full-funnel demand generation.
  • Proven ability to operate as a hands-on individual contributor owning both strategy and execution.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to plan, create, and automate marketing work in practical, measurable ways.
  • Experience across inbound and outbound demand generation, content, campaigns, and sales enablement.
  • Strong command of marketing systems and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, plus marketing automation.
  • Analytical mindset with experience defining, instrumenting, and reporting on KPIs tied to pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience selecting and managing external vendors and agencies, including marketing budget ownership.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience marketing to regulated, government, or government-contractor audiences is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
