Description

  • Set direction for the firm's marketing function and ensure consistent execution across all channels.
  • Lead and supervise a marketing team of three, with potential growth to four, including delegation, mentoring, and performance oversight.
  • Oversee website strategy, including site structure, UX, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
  • Manage content creation across video, social media, email, and web platforms.
  • Oversee paid marketing efforts such as Google Ads and landing pages, with attention to lead quality, ROI, and compliance.
  • Direct SEO and GEO strategy, including keyword planning, content planning, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze marketing data and KPIs across channels and present actionable recommendations to firm leadership.
  • Implement systems, workflows, and tools to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Align marketing strategy with firm leadership, intake capacity, and growth plans.
  • Review work for quality, legal accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in U.S. law firms.
  • Proven experience leading and managing a marketing team or function in a U.S.-based company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Advanced certifications are a plus.
  • Mandarin Chinese proficiency is preferred; Mandarin-English bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, GEO, content strategy, social media, email campaigns, and analytics.
  • Proficiency with Webflow is required, including website management, page updates, CMS content, and basic conversion optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop marketing strategy and execute end-to-end campaigns.
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, priorities, and team performance in a results-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to review, train, and mentor staff.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset with experience using marketing metrics and KPIs.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, high-accountability environment.
  • Overlapping 4 hours with U.S. business hours (PST/PDT) is required.
