Description

  • Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, contract review, payroll support, and benefits enrollment.
  • Organize, input, update, and maintain employee records in the proprietary platform.
  • Process HR forms and documentation related to new hires, changes of status, benefits, and terminations.
  • Perform audits and checks on data changes to ensure accurate and timely payment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of HR processes and help maintain SOPs and policies.
  • Communicate with professionals and customers to resolve questions and concerns by email, phone, and other channels.
  • Liaise with G-P partners and vendors, including insurance vendors, local service providers, and pension providers.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of HR operations experience.
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal English and Spanish.
  • Experience supporting the Americas region in a shared services environment.
  • Strong administration background.
  • Working knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
  • Literacy with MS Office.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in international teams across different locations and cultures.
  • Portuguese and/or French language skills are a plus.
  • General knowledge of LATAM/America labor registration, especially Colombia, Peru, and Brazil, is preferred.
  • Experience with case management, HR/payroll, and ticketing tools is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR Shared Services Center, Global Business Services, or a centralized call center environment is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating with third-party vendors for background checks, payroll processing, or health insurance enrollment is preferred.
  • High attention to detail when handling sensitive data entry is preferred.
