Description

  • Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, data management, absence management, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Prepare HR documentation such as employment contracts, amendments, policies, benefits enrollment documents, payroll enrollment documents, onboarding guides, employment certificates, and termination certifications.
  • Organize and maintain employee records in the proprietary platform, including updating personal data and processing HR forms for hires, status changes, benefits, and terminations.
  • Administer benefits for customers and professionals, including coordination with brokers and insurers for enrollments.
  • Provide payroll data such as time and expense details and coordinate closely with the payroll team and local payroll providers.
  • Perform audits and checks on data changes to help ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Support continuous improvement of HR processes and help maintain standard operating procedures and policies.
  • Communicate with professionals and customers to explain and resolve queries and concerns via email and other channels.
  • Follow established SLAs and SOPs to ensure service excellence.
  • Liaise with GP partners and vendors, including insurance vendors, local service providers, payroll providers, and pension providers, to ensure seamless coordination.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of HR operations experience, with shared services center experience desirable.
  • Detailed knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
  • Experience working within a shared services environment.
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation across the APAC and UAE regions is an advantage.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new AI tools and platforms in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated AI literacy, including use of generative AI tools such as Gemini and Notebook LM.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and resolving issues effectively.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international team across different locations and cultures.
  • Flexibility to accommodate different time zones based on customer and professional needs.
  • Knowledge and experience handling offboardings is preferred.
  • Proficiency in local languages such as Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, or Thai is an additional advantage.
  • This is a 9-month fixed-term contract and the candidate should be able to start immediately.
