Description

  • Support key employee lifecycle processes across the region.
  • Organize and maintain employee records in the proprietary platform, including personal data updates and HR documentation.
  • Process new hire, change of status, benefits, and termination forms.
  • Carry out audits and checks on data changes to ensure accurate and timely payment for professionals.
  • Support continuous improvement of HR processes and help maintain standard operating procedures and policies.
  • Communicate with professionals and customers to explain and resolve queries by email, phone, and other channels.
  • Liaise with G-P partners and vendors, including insurance, local service, and pension providers.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of HR operations experience.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Resourceful problem-solving ability and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
  • Strong administrative background.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Shared services experience supporting the Americas region.
  • Proven experience in similar human resources roles.
  • Ability to work with international teams across different locations and cultures.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • General knowledge of LATAM/Americas labor registration, especially Colombia, Mexico, and Brazil, is preferred.
  • Experience with case management, HR/payroll, and ticketing tools.
  • Knowledge of multi-country HR and compliance requirements.
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR Shared Services Center, Global Business Services, or centralized call center environment is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating with third-party vendors for background checks, payroll processing, or health insurance enrollment is preferred.
  • High attention to detail and a right-first-time approach to sensitive data entry is preferred.
  • Willingness to work night shift to cover US hours.
