Description

  • Develop and execute partner-led revenue plans with major HRIS and enterprise platform partners.
  • Build joint go-to-market motions that generate pipeline and partner-influenced ARR.
  • Establish measurable revenue targets and commercial frameworks for each strategic partner.
  • Build trusted executive relationships within partner organizations and align on positioning, value propositions, and ecosystem narrative.
  • Navigate complex partner organizations and engage credibly with product leaders, platform architects, alliance leaders, and enterprise sales executives.
  • Define scalable integration principles that support growth without fragmenting the product.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to prioritize integrations aligned with the long-term roadmap.
  • Establish governance criteria for integration acceptance, partner feature requests, and API exposure.
  • Prevent roadmap distortion caused by single-partner demands and avoid one-off custom builds.
  • Coordinate internally across Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to support partner execution and enablement.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, ecosystem sales, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience working with major enterprise platforms in HRIS, ERP, or HCM.
  • Strong technical fluency in APIs, integrations, cloud architecture, and data governance.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive partner-influenced revenue.
  • Experience partnering with companies like ADP, Workday, or SAP (preferred).
  • Exposure to legal tech, HR tech, or regulated SaaS (preferred).
  • Experience balancing partner demands with product integrity (preferred).
  • A background that combines commercial strategy, technical depth, and executive diplomacy (preferred).
  • Background checks are required, including criminal record checks where applicable.

Benefits

  • Annual gross base salary of $136,000 to $170,000 plus variable compensation.
  • Sales roles are eligible for a commission structure in addition to base salary.
  • Non-sales roles are eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
