Description

  • Act as the primary HR contact for onboarding, employee lifecycle events, and terminations.
  • Manage sensitive employee relations cases, participate in calls or meetings, and draft legally sound documentation.
  • Build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client questions on benefits, payroll, compliance, and workforce planning.
  • Provide in-country guidance on labor laws and cultural nuances across Southern Europe.
  • Review and advise on employment contracts and risk mitigation.
  • Support clients with performance improvement plans and timely salary changes.
  • Act as the point of contact for employee immigration and mobility needs in collaboration with the Global Mobility team.
  • Document processes, identify delegable tasks, and support smooth workload transitions and knowledge transfer.
  • Drive automation, AI adoption, and continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR experience.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a bonus.
  • Deep expertise in labor laws and strong working knowledge of employment regulations across Southern Europe.
  • Experience supporting complex employee relations.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Zoom, and Slack.
  • Knowledge of the Employer of Record (EOR) industry (preferred).
  • Experience working across other Southern European countries, including Greece (preferred).
  • Ability to work in a 1-year fixed-term contract.
