Description

Act as the primary HR contact for onboarding, employee lifecycle events, and terminations.
Manage sensitive employee relations cases, participate in calls or meetings, and draft legally sound documentation.
Build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors.
Serve as the first point of contact for client questions on benefits, payroll, compliance, and workforce planning.
Provide in-country guidance on labor laws and cultural nuances across Southern Europe.
Review and advise on employment contracts and risk mitigation.
Support clients with performance improvement plans and timely salary changes.
Act as the point of contact for employee immigration and mobility needs in collaboration with the Global Mobility team.
Document processes, identify delegable tasks, and support smooth workload transitions and knowledge transfer.
Drive automation, AI adoption, and continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.

Requirements

5+ years of HR experience.
Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a bonus.
Deep expertise in labor laws and strong working knowledge of employment regulations across Southern Europe.
Experience supporting complex employee relations.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Zoom, and Slack.
Knowledge of the Employer of Record (EOR) industry (preferred).
Experience working across other Southern European countries, including Greece (preferred).
Ability to work in a 1-year fixed-term contract.
